We have integrated the 20th century advents of Cognitive/Behavioral, Gestalt, DBT, and Existential Approaches into the evidence-based 21st century frontiers of neuroscience, psychobiological approaches, including EMDR therapy (adaptive information processing), mindfulness, somatic therapies, creative approaches, and systems integration into solutions. Your personal growth, however, will best be facilitated using a client-centered approach within the confines of a safe, caring, accepting, and empathetic therapeutic relationship.
